Some of dotMobi's Premium Names sold by auction have attached content obligations. These names are those that were sold during the following auctions -

BATCH 1

• Sedo 1 [September 26 to October 3, 2007]
• Sedo 2 [October 31 to November 7, 2007]
• T.R.A.F.F.I.C 3 [October 12, 2007]

BATCH 2

• Sedo 3 [November 28 to December 5, 2007]
• T.R.A.F.F.I.C. 4 [February 20, 2008]
• T.R.A.F.F.I.C. 5 [May 30, 2008]

BATCH 3

• Sedo 4 [November 5 to November 12, 2008]

All bidders in these auctions agreed to the terms and conditions set out in the dotMobi Auction End-User Agreement. These terms include:

• A dotMobi-compliant parking page to launch within 10 days of the initial domain transfer date
• Launch a full web site with content relevant to the domain name within six months [NB: nine months for Batch 3] of the initial domain transfer date
• Web site to be compliant and to have a mobile readiness score of at least 4/5
• Notify dotMobi in the event of a sale and contractually bind any new party to the terms of the End-User Agreement

• dotMobi Mobile Web Developer's Guide, which describes the three mandatory rules for development of .mobi domains.
• Additional Information for Mobile Web Developers covers the content of the dotMobi Mobile Web Developer's Guide as well as information on building advanced Mobile Web sites.
• mobiReady is the dotMobi tool for testing the mobile-readiness of a web site. It shows a score of 1 (bad) to 5 (good) and gives hints for achieving a better score in line with dotMobi's compliance requirements.
• mobiForge is dotMobi’s free online Developer Forum, containing a wealth of information on mobile site development.
• The dotMobi Site Builder is a free, simple site building tool for developing content on .mobi sites.
• mobiThinking is an education portal with free advice on best practices around mobile web development.

The dotMobi team is available for any questions or queries around development. Please note however that many questions have already been addressed on the mobiForge forum, which we monitor closely. We encourage you to post any technical questions you may have on that forum and we will respond quickly. Such responses will also guide others with their work.

Each auction batch has a different development deadline date which has been and will be communicated to all bidders in compliance notices sent by dotMobi. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the Premium Name and bid.
